Standard Terms and Conditions of temporary Holiday Accommodation 

Please leave $220 cash for the cleaner on the kitchen bench

  • Guests are not to exceed 15 at any time. Noncompliance may result in guests being asked to terminate their stay and non-refund of bond.
  • Strict 10pm noise curfew
  • Parties and functions are strictly prohibited –  the price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
  • Only guests staying at Morrison’s are to be on the property.
  • Security Deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the security deposit constitutes the guest’s acceptance of Terms and Conditions. 
  • To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
    – Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
    – Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.  This means dishes cleaned, dishwasher unpacked, rubbish in bins, excess rubbish removed, furniture in the correct place etc.
    – Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
  • The security deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of the managers’ report, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, excess rubbish, extra guests beyond those declared, excessive disruption to neighbours, security costs etc.
  • Extra Rubbish – rubbish in excess of bins is to be removed by guests we do not have access to extra rubbish removal and often have guests coming in
  • If possible please keep cars to a maximum of 4. There is a layaway across the road for very easy parking for more than 4. Otherwise they tend to get in the neighbour’s way and ruin our grass.

Please leave $40 cleaning fee on the table as cash for the cleaner.

  • Deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the client’s acceptance of Terms and Conditions. Deposit although non-refundable is open to negotiation and depends on how far ahead the booking is.
  • Guests are not to exceed 2 – Non-compliance may result in guests being asked to terminate their stay and non-refund of bond.

  • Guests are not to exceed 10 at any time. Noncompliance may result in guests being asked to terminate their stay and non-refund of bond.
  • Strict 10pm noise curfew
  • Parties and functions are strictly prohibited
  • Deposit (although non-refundable it is open to negotiation depending on how far out the booking is) is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the client’s acceptance of Terms and Conditions.

  • The bond will be refunded (within 7 days of the managers’ report) in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, excess rubbish, extra guests beyond those declared, excessive disruption to neighbours, security costs etc.
  • Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
  • Extra Rubbish – rubbish in excess of bins is to be removed by guests we do not have access to extra rubbish removal
  • We have parking for 2 cars.  It gets very busy during holiday period on the street so can be difficult to park. If possible, it is good to keep cars to a minimum
